Jamelin Custom Homes, Inc. has been established in the Spring Hill Florida area since 1983, building between 10 - 12 custom residential homes annually in the tri-county area of Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties. This deliberate pace fits perfectly with the discipline he brings to the construction site. Personally supervising each project, Jim refuses to put his reputation on the line unless he monitors every aspect of the construction process.

Jamelin Custom Homes can design a plan for you or if you have sketches or drawings that would convey some ideas of the style and lay-out you have in mind, we can work with you. The average construction completion time for most projects has been under 12 months.
