It's been a long held misconception by many, that it costs more to build a
custom home. NOT TRUE! It does, however, entail more time the builder spends
with each client though, which is a Standard Feature we offer to each and every
Jamelin homebuyer, at NO EXTRA COST!
We can design a plan for you to fit your individual needs, or if you have a
sketch or drawing of your own, we can work with that as well. We can assist our
clients with all phases of the new construction process, from the selection of
property all the way through the home decorating phase.
Our home prices range from $100,000 to over $1,000,000. Construction time is
approximately 6-8 months from the start of ground breaking. Please click on the
